Adele said to be ‘over the moon’
Superstar singer Adele has revealed that she’s expecting her first child with boyfriend Simon Konecki.
The 24-year-old chose to share her happy news through the blog on her official website, saying they are both “over the moon”:
“I’m delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together. I wanted you to hear the news direct from me.
“Obviously, we’re over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx.”
Stars took to Twitter to send their congratulations to the multi-award-winning singer and her charity boss other half, with new mum Lily Allen posting:
“Wow. Adele’s preggers! Congratumalations to her and Simon!”
The pair have been dating for just over six months
