Dannii Minogue has been confirmed as a new judge on ITV reality show, Britain’s Got Talent, according to reports.
The former X Factor judge will join comedian David Walliams on the new-look panel, replacing Michael McIntyre and David Hasselhoff.
Amanda Holden will be returning for the live shows, but is to miss the auditions as she is due to give birth in the Year.
Mum-of-one Dannii, who sat on the X Factor panel up until this year’s show, has reportedly told bosses that her new schedule must be set in stone because of her existing commitments, with a source telling The Mirror:
‘Dannii has said yes and they’re happy that she will do it, but she needs confirmed shooting schedules and dates for the entire series before she packs her bags and lets other opportunities go.
“She doesn’t want what happened last time to happen again. Being a mum she has to plan ahead. It’s as simple as that – Ethan is the priority.”
A spokesperson for Britain’s Got Talent refused to confirm the reports, saying that they were “all speculation at the moment”.
