Rocker Jon Bon Jovi has spoken out, following the rumours of his death over the weekend.
The Living on a Prayer singer took to his band’s Facebook page to pose for a photo and prove the reports were false.
The image shows him standing in front of a Christmas tree holding a sign that read:
“Heaven looks a lot like New Jersey. December 19th 2011. 6pm”.
Jon Bon was reacting to false report that appeared online over the weekend, suggesting that he had been found unconscious in a hotel room.
One blog also claimed that he had suffered a heart attack at the Jersey Shore Medical Centre.
However, the singer isn’t the first star to be subject of hoax death reports, with Charlie Sheen and Kevin Bacon among those targeted over the past 12 months.
