Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have become parents for the first time.
It’s thought that Kim, 32, gave birth to a baby girl on 15 June, around one month earlier than her due date.
Members of the Kardashian family have confirmed the news via their Twitter accounts, with Kim’s younger sister Khloe posting:
“I can not even begin 2describe the miracle that is now apart of our family. Mommy/baby are healthy &resting. We appreciate all of the love. [sic]
“More info will come when the time is right! Thank you all for understanding! We love you all dearly! Overwhelmed with love right now ♥ [sic]“
As yet, there has been no mention of the new arrival’s name, however reports are suggesting that it will begin with the letter ‘k’, as is the trend with all of the Kardashian ladies.
Further reports today are also suggesting that details will be revealed about the child on Kim’s mother Kris’ new talk show, which is set to launch in July.
A source apparently told RadarOnline:
“Kris told well-wishers to tune into her new talk show to get all the inside scoop about Kim’s newborn baby. When someone asked Kris if the baby would make an appearance on the show, she demurely said ‘you will have to watch’.
“Kris was asked if she had any pictures of the baby, and she revealed she did, but didn’t want share with anyone. Kris was absolutely loving all of the attention she was getting, and was absolutely milking it.”
In a recent interview with the New York Times, Kanye said he was uncomfortable discussing the arrival of his child, with the rapper saying:
“Like, this is my baby. This isn’t America’s baby.”
